Amazon Saudi Arabia hosted its annual Seller Summit in Riyadh, showcasing its advanced tools and services to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the country.

These solutions are designed to streamline the selling partner journey from product listing, advertising, and brand building, to shipping and fulfillment, just in time for the upcoming White Friday sale on Amazon.sa, according to Zawya.

Saudi sellers participated in master classes to explore Amazon's solutions, simplifying the selling partner journey. Further, the ecommerce giant said it enhanced its Arabic mobile seller app to facilitate local businesses' online store management from anywhere in their preferred language.

Amazon showcased the app at the Saudi Seller Summit, where senior leaders and experts discussed how to leverage the company's latest capabilities to reach more customers, meet growth goals, and drive success.

Amazon's Vice President of Middle East and North Africa, Ronaldo Mouchawar, highlighted the importance of selling partners in Amazon's customer-centric model, offering a vast selection of millions of products at great prices.

“We also recognise the contribution of local businesses and SMBs to a country’s economic growth, diversification, and job creation. Our annual Saudi Seller Summit delivers tailored solutions that address the needs of Saudi sellers, who are eager to be a part of the kingdom’s Vision towards a digital economy,” he added.

The Saudi Seller Summit honoured 16 independent selling partners for their success in customer satisfaction, delivery speed, and Amazon seller tools. The event provided learning from Amazon experts and networking opportunities for Saudi Arabia's SMBs to exchange knowledge and share success stories.

Nabegh Alzaiter, an independent selling partner on Amazon.sa, eagerly anticipated the annual Seller Summit to connect with the Saudi seller community and celebrate their collective success. "The solutions showcased each year demonstrate Amazon's commitment to listening to its partners and solving unique challenges," he added.

Launched in 2020, Amazon.sa is investing in the Saudi small business sector, providing logistics support, tools, services, programmes, and teams to help sellers get started, build their brands, and reach more customers.

This year, Amazon launched Global Registration, connecting Saudi sellers with hundreds of millions of customers worldwide through a single registration, expanding horizons, and increasing revenue potential.
