Andaman and Nicobar Island is an amazing jewel of India. It is one of the seven Union territories in India, if you are thinking of planning a trip to there, October to May would be your best bet as the weather is pleasant and the water is also calm for you to enjoy water activities. Temperature stays anywhere between 22 to 30 degrees. Although Andaman hosts an annual tourism festival in December & January, so keep in mind that these two months would be a little crowded. Snorkeling- North Bay is hands down the best place to do snorkeling with in India. North Bay is located in Havelock Island, which lies in Andaman. You can also visit Elephant beach and have an amazing experience of swimming with these huge mammals. The water is clear and there are well-trained instructors to guide you through each step.

Scuba diving- Ever wished to have a close look at exquisite marine species? This one is for pro swimmers, or wait is it? Well, here is a fun fact- You can try scuba diving even if you don't know how to swim, you just have to get used to the waters. There are different levels of scuba diving you can try, which is for swimmers as well as for individuals who do not know swimming. A Scuba session starts at the price of 2000rs.

Banana Boat Ride- A banana boat ride is similar to River rafting or kayaking. But it is more thrilling since you have to maintain your balance on the slim boat. Maximum of 4 to 5 people can ride this at a time, depending on their size. You can ride the banana boat at a minimum price of 600 and upwards. And don't forget to tighten up your life jacket.

Parasailing- This is another thrill filled adventure you can try at Havelock Island. The parachute is attached to a motorboat. It is moderately safe if you take all the precautions, so get on to it and let the adrenaline flow through your veins.

Swimming with the Elephants- I know I have mentioned many underwater activities, but this one is also worth a try. How many times do you get a chance of swimming with friendly elephants? They also make up for a great underwater photography session.
