The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in performance marketing, encompassing lead generation strategies across various digital channels including Account Based Marketing (ABM), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data analytics, coupled with proficiency in email and WhatsApp marketing. The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality leads, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing ROI through targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation across multiple digital channels.

Execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key accounts and decision-makers, driving quality lead acquisition.

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and meet conversion goals.

Utilize advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for lead generation.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals and ensure seamless lead handoff processes.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, facilitate engagement, and drive conversions throughout the sales funnel.

Harness the power of WhatsApp marketing to engage with leads effectively, providing personalized and timely communication.

Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to enhance lead generation efforts.

Analyze lead quality and conversion metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies for optimal performance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.

Expertise in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis and drive data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp marketing tools.
