Jaideep Shergill co-founded Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting LLP on new years’ day, 2015. Pitchfork Partners is a new-age strategy consultancy, specializing in corporate and business issues that need holistic solutions. The firm is agnostic of media, partner, channel or technology and is India’s first indigenous strategic communications firm. With an MBA in international business, Jaideep, until recently was the CEO of MSLGROUP in India. Under his leadership, MSLGROUP saw phenomenal growth in terms of revenue and market penetration through strategic mergers and acquisitions and a huge push on digital and other growth areas. In his last role before setting up Pitchfork Partners, Jaideep was based out of Singapore in a regional role. During and before this key role, he was also a key member of the Asia leadership team of MSLGROUP and was on the India board for Publicis Groupe. Jaideep has rich experience and has over 23 years of experience working across the banking, media, public relations and communications, brand and marketing functions across diverse markets and roles. Previously, Jaideep was one of the founding members of Hanmer & Partners. What started as a small company with a team of less than a dozen, went on to become one of India’s largest and best in class PR firms and then via an acquisition an integral part of the Publicis Groupe, the third-largest communications group in the world. Before this, Jaideep worked at another large Indian Independent PR firm and also did a stint with a media and television production business, Pritish Nandy Communications and even a bank when he first started his career owing to the fact that he was trained to work in international business and banking! Recognised as a thought leader in the Indian subcontinent, Jaideep has represented the marketing and public relations industry as a key speaker in many forums both in India and abroad including as a speaker at the World Economic Forum, East Asia in Jakarta in 2011
