Anil Agarwal

An upbeat and highly passionate leader, Anil Agarwal is the CEO and Co-Founder of InCruiter, a promising HR Tech startup that provides new-age tech-enabled remote hiring solutions to B2B businesses. Post his BE in Aerospace, he worked with Hindustan Aeronautics for around 7.5 years. Anil’s entrepreneurship journey began in late 2018 with the inception of The Interviewer, India’s first fully dedicated freelance interviewer marketplace. Next, he co-founded SparePay, a fintech micro-investment and micro-saving payment app. Soon, he revived his first venture and rebranded it as InCruiter with his other co-founder Ritu Mathran, also her spouse.
