Adrija Agarwal

Adrija Agarwal is the Founder of Sattva Ventures. Starting her journey in 2019, she built Sattva Ventures from the ground up, solidifying its position as a key player under the Sattva umbrella. Adrija allocated over a $100 million across public and private markets, carefully considering diverse risk profiles to ensure sustained profit generation. Sattva Ventures combines the patient capital of a family office with the business support of a strategic partner. It has invested in several startups and funds including InCred, Quorum, Vahdam, Smytten, Daily Objects, Credit Fair, Ayu Health, Stranger and Sons, VS Mani & Co, to name a few. With a robust background in management consulting at Bain & Company and an early stint at The Blackstone in Hong Kong, Adrija has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master’s in Management from London Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering cum laude from Cornell University. Adrija is also a passionate philanthropist and is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Bangalore Chapter, since 2019. Her excellence in the real estate industry earned her recognition as India’s Next Gen Real Estate Rising Star by Hurun India in August 2023.
