Nutanix looks to acquire Minjar and Paytm says digital payments see strong growth
Nutanix, Inc, a leader in enterprise cloud computing announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Minjar, Inc, reports Harshit Mallya. Minjar is the maker of Botmetric, a service that provides customers with unified cost control and visibility into their workloads running in public clouds. Size of the deal is currently undisclosed.

Digital payments firm Paytm said the number of Unified Payments Interface transactions on its platform hit 68 million in February, up 33.3 percent from 51 million transactions in January, reports Tarush Bhalla.
