Ola launches enterprise solution for corporates

Taxi aggregator platform Ola has launched ‘Ola Corporate’, an enterprise solution for India Inc. Claiming to transform the way India Inc travels, the company said ‘Ola Corporate’ would make rides available at a fraction of the cost as against the existing scheduled corporate travel options, along with the benefits of a centralised, paperless billing system.

‘Ola Corporate’ offers enterprise customers the flexibility and ease of hailing an Ola as and when required for business and pay from their company’s centralised pre-paid account, it said in a release. Centralised billing makes the entire process of applying for transport reimbursements redundant for corporate travellers and organisations resulting in improved business productivity, it added.

Fares for Ola Corporate are the same as standard rate cards for B2C and businesses could save as much as 60 per cent on their travel costs with on-demand consumption, the company said. The solution also enables corporates to customise ride policies for different groups of employees in line with the needs of the company, giving complete control of the entire process to the administration teams, it added.

Stating that Ola Corporate marks the next phase of evolution for enterprise transport in India, company COO Pranay Jivrajka said the corporate dashboard allows improved efficiency and productivity for businesses, taking away the hassle of scheduling pick-ups and cumbersome billing and payment processes.
