Aditi Technologies Acquires Cloud Operations Consulting Firm ‘Get Cloud Ready’

Aditi Technologies is a 'Cloud First' Technology Services company that has helped over 150 companies run and transform their business with cloud platforms. The company has today announced the acquisition of ‘Get Cloud Ready’ and its consulting frameworks for cloud migration, DevOps and Managed Services. Get Cloud Ready Consulting was founded by Janakiram MSV, and is focused on enterprise cloud operations management across multiple cloud platforms – Microsoft Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services, Cloud Foundry and OpenStack.

Based out of Hyderabad, Get Cloud Ready provides Get Cloud Ready™ framework with comprehensive roadmap development and risk analysis consulting which helps customers de-risk Cloud Adoption and Operations across Platforms.The acquisition would add AWS and cloud operations management capabilities to Aditi’s growing cloud consulting business. Financials of the deal haven't been revealed but all Get Cloud Ready employees will join Aditi post acquisition.
