Eventifier raises a round of funding from Kae Capital
Started by three friends Jazeel Ferry, Nazim Zeeshan, and Mohammed Saud, Eventifier has come along way in its entrepreneurial journey. A Startup Centre incubatee, Eventifier today raised a round of funding from Kae Capital. The amount of the funding is undisclosed as of now. Eventifier was also a WebSpark for the month of February 2013.
Eventifier allows you to collate all the information related to an event in one place. Just give in the Event name, the related twitter #hashtag and the email id; the link to the eventified page will be mailed to you. (Instance: TechSparks Eventified)
The Chennai based startup has generated good traction and has archived 1000+ events with 17000+ unique visitors per month. More than 10% of the visitors become their customers and it has a global footprint as well, with a considerable amount of visitors from Germany and South East Asia. Clinton Foundation is one of the marquee customers of Eventifier.
With strong support from Vijay Anand, the founder at The Startup Centre, the young founders have given good shape to the product and this infusion of fund will help them to scale up quickly. With a revenue model firmly in place, this product startup is one to have your eye fixed on.
