Kris first shares his views on the opportunities that the Indian startup ecosystem presents for technology businesses and what it takes to make it big, "There are numerous opportunities with respect to technology in India, there is a long runway ahead. Second is that you have to think big and you have to be audacious. You have to really think that you are going to change the world and just go for it. Some will succeed, some won't, but the successes are what is needed. Thirdly, while everyone says think global, but I also feel that you must define your focus and your own metrics for success."
