YourStory to Conduct a Session; Are You Coming for Manthan Awards’12?

First launched on 10th October 2004, by Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF) in partnership with World Summit Award, Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India, and other stakeholders, Manthan Award has been recognizing the best digital innovations for the last 9 years.

Manthan Award 2012 is now just 1 day away (1^st Dec 2012), and we wish to remind you about some of the sessions you must look forward to at the event.

The core objective of the Manthan Award is to make visible the contents that already exist and thus demonstrating the richness and diversity of content creativity to those interested in understanding and planning an Information Society. In 2012, the idea has further been extended to include the best innovations and ICT practices from 36 countries in South Asia and Asia Pacific region. Their regional partners include ISOC, IAMAI, APC, ICTA, Dnet, NICTAA, CAN-Nepal etc.

YourStory & DEF are conducting a session on “Technology and Entrepreneurship: Success Strategies for Startups” at The Theatre between 4:30pm and 6:00pm. We look forward to your attendance there. Some topics to be discussed during other sessions are: “Sustainable Digital Approaches for Education, Learning, Localization & Science & Technology” at 12:00 to 1:30pm, “Digitally enabled practices for travel, tourism and preserving culture & heritage” 2:30pm to 4:00pm.
