Myshaadi.in, an online portal offering host of wedding related services including personalised wedding sites, today announced raising the first round of funding from Indian Angel Network. The investors include active angel investors Rajan Anandnan, Sunil Kalra, Ashim Mehra and Rehan Yar Khan who is joining the board of directors of myshaadi.in.Founded by Abhishek Jain, Myshaadi.in enables couples to plan wedding events, share invitations, share photographs along with features like budget calculator, shopping list, to do list, etc. The website boasts of an interactive blogging section which is contributed by the industry experts that illuminates couples on latest trends and international concepts of wedding. Launched in February, 2011, the site has served more than 13,000 couples and aims to have over 1 lakh couples by this year end.
