Sandbox is a global community of exceptional young people who make ideas happen. The vision is to build a valuable trusted community of young achievers worldwide and leverage this dynamic capacity for a real impact. It creates a unique opportunity for its members to share ideas, opportunities and insights with each other to foster a positive community around the world.

Sandbox provides access to resources, working spaces, jobs, senior advisors, conferences to its members. It is a dynamic platform for sharing global perspectives, collaborations and cross – cultural interactions. Sandbox is additionally building think – tank services to clients around the world who benefit from research/ progressive insights/ trends from young innovators for their companies. The sandbox community is unique with more than 360 carefully selected members from 40 countries with 18 hubs around the world. It thrives on diverse leaders across sectors, trusted members who are screened and interviewed, professionally managed community and services, active members who contribute or else removed from the community.

Bringing Sandbox to India has been an exciting experience as we witness a dynamic growth in entrepreneurs and innovators implementing new ideas and opportunities across India. It is an opportunity for these innovators to be part of Sandbox’s creative community that will help them to bring global perspective to their work and access to valuable resources to help them make a stronger impact. We hold regular sandbox events in different cities where like- minded innovators meet up, share insights/ experiences and orient them towards Sandbox and the application procedures.

It is an informal yet meaningful networking event which is more interactive and personal that allows guests to clear specific queries about sandbox and its benefits. As our member network grows in India, we appoint city ambassadors who organize events and promote/ expand the Sandbox network. We also have a country ambassador who oversees the network within the country ensuring quality screening and growth of the community.

The importance and relevance of networking is spreading amongst youth in India and we do have some existing network platforms but has limitations in terms of tangible output, paid membership, sector specific or non – collaborative. Sandbox overcomes the mentioned limitations and has a more far- reaching, global network that can benefit members in India.
